Anthony Flores
Adapted Physical Activity Therapist
As a keen practitioner of sport and physical activity, I am convinced of the benefits of movement on physical and mental health and well-being.
A degree in Movement Sciences and Sport from the University of Lausanne, followed by a Master’s in Adapted Physical Activity and Health gave me the skills to offer and promote physical activity adapted to patients’ specific needs in a safe and compassionate setting.
Sharing the fun of movement with youngsters, harnessing their energy and their enthusiasm, is something I am truly passionate about. My aim is to introduce them to physical activities, modified according to their individual situations, to empower and motivate them and help them develop their self-confidence and independence.
As well as Adapted Physical Activity therapy, I also trained in the use of Lokomat® and ZeroG® at Centre qap, innovative tools through which I can diversify the activities I offer and expand the possibilities in rehabilitation.
In my free time, I love to challenge myself through sport, to travel and explore what nature offers. Holidays for me mean biking, and I enjoy touring the world with my bike, discovering new countries and cultures.
