  1. Organizational Context and Mission
    The qap Center, founded in June 2020 by the Lokhos Association, is dedicated to promoting the overall development of children and adolescents with complex disabilities through continuous, therapeutic care, with the goal of improving their quality of life, health, and prospects for social integration.
  2. Role and Objectives of the Position
    As part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary team, you will conduct occupational therapy assessments and provide care for children and adolescents with developmental delays and disorders. You will develop and monitor therapeutic plans, support families, and collaborate with medical professionals, teachers, and partners in the field.
  3. Qualifications
    Occupational therapy degree recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, with a license to practice in Geneva
    Professional experience in a pediatric setting required
    Experience in implementing assistive devices preferred
    Ability to work independently and take initiative, particularly in the administrative management of patient records
    Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
    Interest in or knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is a plus.
