Physiotherapist

I am energetic by nature and highly motivated. I began my professional career as a paediatric nurse and spent three years in various paediatric departments at the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG): paediatric emergency, surgery, baby unit (newborn to 16 months) and B2 medical unit (16 months to 16 years old).
In 2016, I decided to retrain as a physiotherapist. I also wanted to continue working with children. The energy they bring with them can be channelled into their therapy. And, as they grow and evolve, we are also stimulated to adapt and move with them along their journey.

After my physiotherapy training I occupied the position of teaching assistant in the physiotherapy department of the Haute Ecole de Santé in Geneva and worked in a general physiotherapy practice.

In September 2020, I joined the Centre qap team where I could once again devote myself entirely to children. My time at Centre qap has allowed me to
specialise in paediatric neuro-developmental therapy (NDT) according to the Bobath concept (NDT-Bobath – child module), in Lausanne.

In my free time, I mostly love walking out in the countryside or hiking in the mountains, and practise other activities and sports depending on the time of year. I have also travelled to Asia and Latin America, discovering the world and enjoying learning about different cultures.

I speak some English and Spanish, and understand German.
